Why VEXIX exists
Many small businesses end up choosing between accounting software that is too limited to grow with them, or full enterprise ERP systems that are far more complex than a single-location or single-PC business actually needs. VEXIX ERP is built for what sits between those two extremes: real double-entry accounting, inventory, banking and GST working, delivered as one Windows desktop application with a straightforward edition structure.
Practical over impressive
We would rather ship an accounting workflow that works correctly every time than a long feature list that half-works. Every capability on this site is something the product actually does today.
Your data stays yours
Company accounting data is local-first by design — it lives on your own PC, not on a server you don't control. Backup and restore tools exist so that responsibility stays practical, not risky.
Honest limits, not hype
Where a workflow is partial, provider-dependent or still being extended — such as GST return filing (working reports, not direct filing) or role enforcement — we say so directly instead of implying more than the product delivers.
Grow without starting over
Editions are designed so a business can start on Standard and move up to Advanced or Premium later without reinstalling or losing existing company data.
Where we're headed
Our product direction stays focused on the areas that matter most for the businesses we build for: deeper accounting and reporting depth, more complete inventory tooling, broader Tally-compatible data movement, and finishing the role-based access controls already under way — rather than expanding into unrelated categories before the core is complete.
