Refund Policy
Effective 5 September 2026. This policy is issued by MM Enterprises, W17, Begusarai, Bihar 851101, India and applies to paid VEXIX purchases. It is separate from the free 30-day trial, for which no payment is taken.
30-day satisfaction refund
A customer who is not satisfied may request a refund within 30 days of purchase through the official VEXIX support contact at support@vexix.in.
Refund requests remain subject to reasonable abuse, fraud and duplicate-payment protections and to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Trials
The free 30-day VEXIX ERP Premium Trial is distinct from the 30-day satisfaction refund period. The trial requires no payment and does not convert automatically into a paid licence.
Pricing and tax
Displayed VEXIX prices are inclusive of applicable GST or tax.
