What is VEXIX ERP?

VEXIX ERP is modern accounting, GST, inventory and business management software for Indian businesses — one integrated Windows desktop application covering accounting, GST working, inventory, orders, reports and more.

Is VEXIX ERP accounting software?

Yes. VEXIX ERP is Windows business accounting software with double-entry vouchers, ledgers, receivables, payables, GST working, inventory and financial reports.

Is VEXIX ERP available for Windows?

Yes. VEXIX ERP is a Windows desktop application. See the Download page for current availability.

Where is my company data stored?

VEXIX ERP uses a local-first architecture — your company's accounting data is stored on your own Windows PC, not in a third-party cloud database. Your VEXIX customer account (used for licence and trial management) is kept separate from that local accounting data.

Does VEXIX ERP work offline?

VEXIX ERP uses an offline-first architecture — routine accounting data lives locally on your PC and does not require a constant connection. Internet access is required for trial/licence activation and validation, update checks, and any separately configured online integration.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Your 30-day VEXIX ERP Premium Trial gives full Premium-level access to explore the product. After it ends, activate a licence to continue creating and posting new transactions — your existing company data remains safe and viewable.

Which edition should I choose?

Standard suits a single-PC small business or proprietor. Advanced adds multi-godown inventory, orders and deeper GST/MIS tooling for growing businesses. Premium adds team/LAN access, advanced roles and integrations for accounts teams. See the Compare page for a full breakdown.

Is VEXIX ERP suitable for small businesses?

Yes. VEXIX ERP Standard is built for a single-PC small business or proprietor — core accounting, GST basics and inventory without the overhead of enterprise software. Advanced and Premium exist for when the business grows.

Can I upgrade to a higher edition later?

Yes. You can move from Standard to Advanced to Premium as your requirements grow — see the Compare page for exactly what each edition adds before you upgrade.

Can I import data from Tally?

VEXIX ERP can import supported Tally XML masters and vouchers and generate structurally validated XML exports. Live compatibility has not been certified against every TallyPrime workflow. Tally and TallyPrime are trademarks of their respective owner; VEXIX ERP is independent and not endorsed by Tally Solutions.

Does VEXIX support multiple companies?

Yes. Every edition supports multiple companies, with the number of companies varying by edition — see the Editions page for exact limits.

What is Premium Cloud?

VEXIX ERP Premium Cloud is a future edition designed for cloud and multi-location access. Its cloud capabilities are still under development and are not yet commercially available — they are not enabled in any current licence.

Does VEXIX directly file GST returns?

VEXIX ERP helps you prepare GST working — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B working, and GSTR-2B reconciliation on supported editions. It does not itself file returns directly with the GST portal.

Does VEXIX support GST invoices?

Yes. Supported sales-invoice workflows use party GSTIN, item HSN/SAC, place-of-supply and CGST, SGST or IGST information. VEXIX also provides GST registers and working reports, but does not directly file returns.

Does VEXIX manage inventory?

Yes. VEXIX supports item and unit masters, godown-aware stock movement and stock reports. Batch, expiry, reorder, valuation, price-list, barcode and POS tools are available where supported by the edition.

Can VEXIX print invoices and save PDFs?

Yes. VEXIX includes print and PDF workflows for supported business documents, with document templates and company branding settings.

Which accounting vouchers are supported?

VEXIX supports Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Contra, Journal, Credit Note and Debit Note vouchers, along with quotations, orders and delivery or receipt notes for related workflows.

Which financial reports are included?

Implemented reports include Day Book, Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Receivables, Payables, stock reports, GST working reports and supported MIS and analysis views.

Can I back up and restore VEXIX data?

Yes. VEXIX includes local backup and restore tools. Portable company export files can contain business data and should be stored securely because those portable packages are not encrypted.

Is Premium Cloud currently available?

No. Premium Cloud is priced at ₹2,500 per year but remains Coming Soon. Cloud backup, remote access, cloud sync and web access are not enabled in the current desktop product, and there is no active Buy button for this plan.

Is VEXIX ERP a lifetime licence?

Standard, Advanced and Premium are perpetual desktop licences for the purchased edition, not mandatory annual subscriptions. They include one year of free updates and upgrades; after that, the existing licensed version continues to work, while future upgrades, new versions or support packages may carry a charge. Premium Cloud is a separate annual plan and remains Coming Soon. Displayed INR prices include applicable GST or tax. The website does not collect payment today.

What is the difference between my VEXIX customer account and my local ERP login?

Your VEXIX customer account (created on this website) manages your trial, licence, billing contact and linked devices. Your local Owner or Staff login is created inside VEXIX ERP itself and controls day-to-day access to a specific company's accounting data. Linking a desktop installation to your customer account never gives that account access to your accounting data.

How many devices can I use with one licence?

Each edition has its own device limit — see the Compare page for the exact number per edition. A device becomes linked when you sign in to VEXIX ERP with your customer account on that installation.

Can I restore a backup after reinstalling VEXIX?

Yes. VEXIX ERP's first-run setup offers Restore Existing Backup before any new company needs to be created, so you can bring back an existing company backup on a fresh installation.

How do I get support?

Email support@vexix.in or use the contact form on the Support page. There is no phone or chat support today — email is the primary channel.

Can I import marketplace sales or MTR data directly into VEXIX ERP?

Yes. VEXIX ERP directly imports an Amazon Merchant Tax Report (MTR), and separately imports Flipkart order export files with item mapping — both are available with VEXIX ERP Premium.

Can I import payment or settlement reports?

Not currently. VEXIX ERP imports Amazon MTR and Flipkart order export report files into your accounting workflow; a separate payment or settlement report import is not available today.

Does VEXIX connect live to Amazon or Flipkart?

No. VEXIX ERP imports the supported marketplace report files you download yourself and does not currently provide live marketplace API synchronization or automatic order/inventory sync.

Do I need to enter every marketplace sale manually?

No, for supported reports. Importing an Amazon MTR or Flipkart order export file lets you review and post many transactions at once, instead of entering each one by hand — you still review and confirm the imported data before it posts.
