Terms of Use
Effective 5 September 2026. These Terms govern use of the VEXIX website, customer-account services and the VEXIX ERP trial and licensing flow provided by MM Enterprises, W17, Begusarai, Bihar 851101, India. Software licence restrictions are also described in the EULA.
Use of this website
This website provides information about VEXIX ERP, including product features, editions, and how to get in touch with us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
Customer account use
Provide information you are authorized to use and protect your password, verification links and authenticated session. Contact support if you believe an account is being misused.
30-day trial
The 30-day VEXIX ERP Premium Trial is available without payment, limited to one trial per customer email. Registration does not start the trial. It begins only after a verified, authenticated customer requests activation using the real device identifier from the desktop application. The trial does not convert automatically into a paid licence.
Licences and activation
VEXIX ERP uses online activation and validation to confirm the product, edition, licence status and permitted device binding. Attempts to bypass those controls are prohibited.
A purchased Standard, Advanced or Premium desktop licence is perpetual for that edition and is not a mandatory annual subscription. It includes one year of free updates and upgrades. After that year, the existing licensed version continues to work; future upgrades, new versions or support packages may require a separate paid upgrade or support charge.
Lifetime email support is included. Customers who purchase annual upgrade or support coverage after the first year receive priority support. The target email response time is 24–48 business hours, but no resolution time is guaranteed.
Licence transfer and reinstallation are allowed subject to licence, device, security and abuse controls. A licence does not permit unlimited simultaneous activations. Premium Cloud is a separate annual plan marked Coming Soon and is not commercially production-enabled.
Pricing and tax
Displayed VEXIX prices are inclusive of applicable GST or tax. The public installer is not currently available through this website.
Intellectual property
VEXIX, VEXIX ERP and related marks are the property of their respective owner. Tally and TallyPrime are trademarks of their respective owner; VEXIX ERP is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tally Solutions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MM Enterprises and VEXIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, business, revenue or data, arising from use of or inability to use VEXIX. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the applicable VEXIX product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that product or service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For a lifetime licence purchased less than 12 months before that event, the cap is the actual amount paid for that licence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be limited by contract, the courts at Begusarai, Bihar shall have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and website evolve. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
