Accounting, GST, Billing and Inventory in One Desktop ERP

VEXIX ERP is Windows business accounting software for Indian businesses, bringing vouchers, invoicing, inventory, GST working, banking and reports into one local-first application.

Who VEXIX ERP is built for

VEXIX ERP is designed for small and growing Indian businesses that want structured accounting without the overhead of enterprise software — proprietors, traders, distributors, retailers and service businesses running their books on a Windows PC.

Use billing software alongside your books: prepare an invoice with party, item and tax details, record receipts against the ledger, then review outstanding balances and stock movement. Purchase vouchers connect supplier transactions with inventory and payables. GST accounting tools organize transaction details and return-working reports for review, not direct filing.

Inside VEXIX ERP

Every major workspace, explained plainly

Accounting

Create groups, ledgers and parties, then record Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Contra, Journal, Credit Note and Debit Note vouchers. Balanced double-entry postings feed Day Book, Ledger, Trial Balance and outstanding reports.

Billing & Invoicing

Prepare quotations, sales orders and GST sales invoices with party, item and tax details. Delivery notes can move stock before invoicing, while print and PDF tools support templates, company branding, bank details and paper settings.

Inventory

Maintain items and units, track stock by godown, and use batch, expiry, reorder, price-list, barcode, POS and valuation tools where included. Manufacturing is limited to basic BOM component consumption and finished-goods production.

GST

Use GSTIN and HSN/SAC details, calculate CGST, SGST or IGST, and review GST registers, HSN summaries, validation, GSTR-1/3B working and GSTR-2B reconciliation. VEXIX does not directly file returns.

Banking

Use bank ledgers with Receipt, Payment and Contra vouchers, reconcile entries against statements, and import supported bank-statement CSV files for conservative matching and manual review.

Reports

Review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Receivables, Payables, stock, GST, ageing, MIS, profitability and ratio reports generated from posted company data.

Ecommerce & Marketplace Accounting

Import an Amazon Merchant Tax Report (MTR) or a Flipkart order export file directly into VEXIX ERP with the Premium edition. Review and map items before posting, then continue with ordinary accounting and reports.

Data & Backup

Import supported CSV masters, opening data and vouchers, create and restore backups, and move a company with portable export/import files. Supported Tally XML masters and vouchers can be imported or exported; live TallyPrime compatibility is not guaranteed.

Security

Accounting data is local by default. Signed licence entitlements, local users, roles and audit logs are available, with advanced access controls continuing to evolve.

Ecommerce & Marketplace Accounting

Import marketplace sales directly into VEXIX ERP

Amazon MTR / Flipkart report → Direct import into VEXIX ERP → Review & validation → Accounting workflow → Reports

VEXIX ERP is not a separate ecommerce service — this is a feature of the same accounting product. Import a supported marketplace report, resolve any unmapped items, and the imported sales and returns post as ordinary Sales and Credit Note vouchers in your existing company books.

  • Reduce repetitive manual sales entry for marketplace orders
  • Keep imported marketplace transactions inside your normal accounting workflow
  • Review imported data before it is posted
  • Direct Amazon MTR import and Flipkart report import, both with VEXIX ERP Premium

One account, one installation

Your VEXIX customer account vs. your desktop login

Your VEXIX customer account (created on this website) manages your trial, licence, billing contact and linked devices. Your local Owner or Staff login is created inside VEXIX ERP itself and controls day-to-day access to a specific company's accounting data. The two are intentionally separate — your customer account never sees your accounting data, and your local login never needs a live internet connection to work.
