How VEXIX ERP Works

A clear route from creating your customer account to running your business day to day.

Two separate logins, on purpose

Website account vs. local ERP login

Your VEXIX customer account lives on this website. It manages your trial, licence, billing contact and which devices are linked to your licence.

Your local Owner or Staff login lives entirely inside VEXIX ERP on your PC. It controls who can access a specific company's accounting data — and it keeps working even without an internet connection.

Linking a desktop installation to your customer account tells VEXIX which licence to apply; it never gives your customer account access to your accounting data.

At a glance

  • Customer account = trial, licence, devices
  • Local login = access to one company's books
  • Linking a device never exposes accounting data
  • Local login works offline
1

Create your VEXIX customer account

Register on this website and verify your email. This account manages your trial, licence and linked devices — it is separate from any login inside VEXIX ERP itself.

2

Start your VEXIX ERP Premium Trial

Sign in to your customer account and start the 30-day trial, or have a purchased licence ready to activate.

3

Install VEXIX ERP for Windows

Download and install the Windows application when public download availability is enabled.

4

Create a new company, or restore an existing backup

Start fresh with a new company, or restore a VEXIX company backup you already have — both are available on first launch, before any company needs to be created.

5

Link the installation and sign in locally

Link this installation to your VEXIX customer account from inside the app, then create or sign in with a local Owner or Staff login to work inside a specific company.

6

Run daily accounting

Post sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal vouchers, manage inventory, and generate reports and GST working.

7

Upgrade your edition when you need to

Move up to Advanced or Premium at any time from your customer account — no reinstall, no data loss.

For ecommerce sellers

Bring marketplace sales into your accounting workflow

VEXIX ERP does not connect live to Amazon or Flipkart — it imports the report files you download yourself.

1

Download a supported marketplace report

Export an Amazon Merchant Tax Report (MTR), or a Flipkart order export file, from your seller account.

2

Import directly into VEXIX ERP

Upload the report file — Amazon MTR import and Flipkart report import are both available with VEXIX ERP Premium.

3

Review and validate imported data

Map any unmapped marketplace items to your own items and confirm what will be posted before you continue.

4

Continue your accounting workflow

Imported sales and returns post as ordinary Sales and Credit Note vouchers in your existing company books.

5

Review reports

See the imported transactions reflected in your normal financial and stock reports.
